Ordering Policy
- All orders will ship within 48—72 hours.
- Items and sizes not shown on the price sheet may be obtainable and are considered a special order- please inquire. Special orders may take 10—14 days to process.
- If an item is back ordered it will be shipped out as soon as possible and billed at that time.
- Only authorized returns will be accepted on a replacement or credit basis.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Due to the fact that we use natural ingredients, color and consistency may vary.Note: Products are in jars by weight, not volume. ( The density of the product makes the fills vary.)
- All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please specify if you need to receive 2nd, 3rd or next day air.
- All COD's will be charged an additional $5.00 with shipping.
